Our Services

Individual Therapy

This is the core of the work — just the two of us, digging into whatever's going on for you. Some sessions go deep into the past. Some stay in the present. Some are about making sense of a specific situation; others are about understanding yourself on a bigger level. No two sessions look alike, and that's intentional. You get what you actually need, not a formula.

The common thread is always person-centered: your goals, your pace, your story.

This is helpful for:

  • Anxiety • Stress

  • Depression • Trauma

  • Self-esteem • Life Transitions

  • People-pleasing • Identity Work

  • ADHD

Family Systems & Relational Therapy

Our relationships shape us more than almost anything else and they can also be the source of some of our deepest pain. Whether you're navigating conflict with a partner, trying to understand your family dynamics, working through a breakup, or just noticing that certain patterns keep repeating in your relationships, this is a good place to bring all of that.

We'll look at what's underneath the surface. The roles, the histories, the unspoken dynamics, and figure out what's actually driving things so something can genuinely shift.

Often helpful for:

  • Relationship challenges

  • Family dynamics

  • Marriage concerns

  • Communication patterns

  • Codependency

  • Boundaries

Mind-Body Integration

A lot of what we carry emotionally lives in the body first. The tension you hold in your shoulders. The way your stomach drops before a hard conversation. The restlessness that won't go away no matter how much you logic your way through things. Your body has been in on this the whole time and therapy that ignores it is only getting part of the picture.

Using somatic and sensorimotor approaches, we pay attention to what's happening physically alongside what's happening mentally. It's not weird or woo-woo, it's just a more complete way of understanding yourself. And it often unlocks things that talk therapy alone can't reach.

Often helpful for:

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety Held in the Body

  • Chronic stress

  • Nervous System Dysregulation

  • Feeling Disconnected

Life Transitions & Identity Work

Big changes are disorienting. Even the ones you chose, even the ones you wanted. New city, new job, new relationship status, a faith that's evolving, a sense of self that doesn't quite fit the old story anymore. These moments can feel unsteady in a way that's hard to explain to people around you.

This work helps you find your footing. To get curious about who you're becoming, what you actually want, and what it would feel like to move forward with some real clarity. You don't have to have it figured out before you come in. That's kind of the whole point.

Often helpful for:

  • Life transitions

  • Quarter-life uncertainty

  • Career changes

  • Religious trauma

  • Identity exploration

  • Grief & loss
