That means getting curious about where your patterns come from, why certain things keep happening, and what a life that feels genuinely good could look like for you. It also means paying attention to your whole self. Not just your thoughts, but your body too. Because a lot of what we carry emotionally lives there first.

How We Do It

No scripts. No one-size-fits-all. Just what actually works for you.

I pull from a broad toolkit — person-centered, IFS, somatic, CBT, psychodynamic, sensorimotor, humanistic, existential — and use whatever combination makes sense for you, in that session, on that day. Some sessions go deep fast. Others need a slower approach. I take my cues from you and adjust to meet you where you are.

Therapy doesn't have to be dreary. I bring warmth, compassion and yes, even humor into our sessions.
